Resources developed by or in partnership with WRAP-EM
Every guide, template, checklist and exercise kit WRAP-EM has been produced for the region — with its partners in burn care, telehealth, law and emergency management — organized by the problem it solves. Each is free to download and built for the provider or planner who needs it now.
Find it by topic
The collection grew one need at a time — a surge, a burn incident, a new law, a request from a partner. Grouped by topic, it reads as a set: start with the planning products, move to the clinical references your teams will reach for during an incident, then to the exercises that test whether the plan holds.

About WRAP-EM and its initiatives
1 document + 6 initiativesThe Western Regional Alliance for Pediatric Emergency Management develops regional pediatric disaster planning and response capabilities that match resources to needs in a catastrophic incident. Established in 2019 and serving more than 14 million children across the western United States, WRAP-EM works by identifying the gaps children face in a crisis, building public, private and healthcare partnerships across the spectrum of pediatric disaster care, and elevating those partnerships to improve care in disasters and everyday emergencies. This section collects the overview material and the resources behind its named initiatives.
